When my slide pulled out of the support arm unexpectedly, I was able to replace it with a new cam pocket. The video provided by Feedback Sports was essential. Review it carefully and be sure not to pull the slide out until you’ve secured the lock nut that limits travel. I need to order a second cam lock when this happened to me. The second time, I used rubber bands to secure the slide in place before getting the nut installed with thread lock and letting it cure for 24 hours. Feedback sports was very helpful and responsive to my problem. Every time I wrote for advice, they got back to me quickly. Thanks, guys!

The cam pocket on my 20 yr old clamp head finally failed. ( ultimate classic stand with a slide lock head. ) VERY happy to be able to repair my stand for about $20. 10 stars to Feedback Sports.
