This flop stop handlebar holder is a very simple design but well thought out and makes a big difference when working on bikes so the front wheel stops flopping and turning around on me. You just attach one side of this to the seat post and the other end to your handlebars via some stretchy rubber straps and then there is a little thumb screw that you can turn to loosen or tighten it which allows you to determine where you want the wheel pointing and then you can tighten it to hold it in that position. This is a another must have accessory for your bike work stand
