Thought it was shiny

Bought one of these. Looked on the website, read the reviews - most were impressed and it looked *shiny*. I ordered one on line from a reseller in the UK.
It arrived and I was disappointed. Unlike the website photos which shows a bright, shiny, chromium plated item what arrived was a dull silver. Now, I will concede that this does not affect the utility of it whatsoever and Im sure a case can be that it is better than its competitors but if Id just wanted utility Id have bought a utility one. Arguably, its not like the pictures.
